The man that phoned me was extremely rude.So rude I was in disbelief.
He kept using my first name very unprofessional . Didn't offer any alternative.I wondered why holidaygems had such appaling reviews and now having received the holidaygems experience i know why. If i were in charge i would record phone conversations, retrain and be upfront on your website. If i had shares in the company i would be selling fast as this company is heading down, how long can it survive with attitudes like this. I would have paid extra money to book with hol gems but after being spoken to like that .i took my money elsewhere.
