I had visited to Mc Donalds at Lonavala (Maharashtra) last week.
We were having a Meal and suddenly the manager switched off the Television. I asked him to switch it On then the staff straightly said me No. My Question is WHY THE HELL ARE WE PAYING SERVICE TAX IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE US THE PROPER SERVICE.
Please look into the matter and warn the franchisee that it should not happen again.
