“Stay clear of these Chorley incompetents”

We wanted to rent a house (marvelled on the website as stunning) and was shown round very quickly as there were other people there. We paid the (outrageous) admin fee after being told there were many people after it. There then ensued 4weeks of trying to get another appointment to look round properly, apparently the tenants were ignoring the estate agents. Really? For 4 weeks? No-one returned my calls, the person dealing with it was always 'just leaving' or 'still on the phone'. No e-mails were returned. When I rang again and spoke to someone else they had no idea we even wanted to view again. We finally got to go when the tenants moved out which was a few days before we were supposed moved in. With all the furniture out it was apparent that the house hadn't been looked after and no-one could say whether it was even going to be cleaned or the large crack in the wall repaired, doors not shutting and so on and on. We didn't move as I couldn't face it and had to look quickly for someone else. I would trust a dog kennel with Reeds Rains - shame on you all. I would give a zero if I could.
