Travel One has A Lot of hidden costs for simple flights. Recently, I wanted to change our flt and travel one made it so difficult we ended up scrapping the flight to Minneapolis and taking the financial hit. Our son had changed jobs in March so our vacation to visit him and his family in april had to be altered. Travel One had nothing but stall tactics to help us organize a refund or credit for a future flight. Travel One needs a lot of training in customer service before I would recommend this company to anyone ! We have sense then booked with other agencies with NO hassles or hidden cost. ie. at Travel One if you wish to travel and sit with your wife/partner you are charged extra for the seat but you have already booked a ticket ! Ridiculous.
