I rang the RAC for my son who had broken down at 21.30 on a dual carriageway, on his scooter. When rang for assistance they asked me for the postcode of the road I think they should have already known after providing the town and street name, and asked me to find it!!! They advised they would be out within 90 mins
which came and went, got a call from the call centre who said he was running late and would be there soon as possible. He arrived at approx. 01.30 only to find the hydraulics on the low loader didn't work!! off he went and returned nearly a hour later and finally got home at 03.00am!!!!
What a shambles never again would I use RAC!!
