Ordered flowers for Mother's Day 2014, flowers arrived, dry, brown around the edges, droopy and exceptionally poor quality. Complained to iFlorist, who did apologise and asked if they could rectify this and send another bouquet, to which I agreed. I NEVER thought it would worse than the first bouquet but it was. Have tried to contact iFlorist on several occasions to request a refund as they weren't able to put it right and I have been ignored. I definitely would not recommend iFlorist and shall definitely not use them again.
