Since joining LAFitness Ewell I have been dissapointed with the customer service. I felt pressure to join to get the best deal, then finding out that 2 days later a better deal was available, i made a complaint about the lack of lanes in the pool which was ignored and then my free pt session left me in pain. The worst part was when I contacted the personal trainer I was told it was normal muscle ache. The pain had stopped me sleeping for 2 nights! My partner booked his PT session with a different instructor, they double booked him and 2 weeks later have not been in touch. My complaint to the club has not been taken seriously at all. I am now going to contact the CEO to see if he cares about customer service. My advice is don't join!
