“racist agaisnt my name..memebership cancel security risk”

I was a long standing member of zipcar was with then from the beginning..but found out that there is no such thing as valued customer with them,or any customer service.what happend was i have been told im a high risk to zipcar which is laughable! Im a father a resonsible driver always abide by the rules of zipcar and have a clean driving licence, when i phoned zipcar to ask what were the reasons behind terminating before my contract was over i could not get any answers and was hung up on i did not speak in a manner that was abusive at all but was treated like some sort of criminal for trying to find out why my membership was terminated! Very frustrating and like others i was sent a generic email with the rules about late fees ect the only fee i ever owed was £5.00 pounds and this was down to my bank card being changed and i contacted zipcar to explain this,and after spending god knows how much money on hire from then i didnt think that would put me in a high risk bracket and why allow me to continue to hire for a year after the fact if this put me in a high risk catorgory! Its so unprofessional a big company like this with no customer service at all, i asked the manager out right that i think they are discriminating agaisnt people due to name or age race ect and that they are getting around this with the generic claus about breaking rules they have broken the contract rules and have discriminated agaisnt me down to my name i have a non english name and the manager sounded very nervous when i mentioned the fact they have cancelled other "foreign" named persons somthing is very wrong within the company of zipcar! And i will be going to the press and would like to hear back from the director with a explanation to why he is allowing his company to be run like this? Also to hear from others who have had this sort of experiance..i already have a few people who are on board with me..zipcar ( mark walker) get in touch
