I ordered flowers on a Tuesday evening for delivery on a Thursday, after placing the order online it stated on the order and confirmation email that the delivery date was Thursday 24th April, in small print underneath it said delivery can take one to two days so assumed first day was the Wednesday and they would deliver on the Thursday as this was what it said! It did not say delivery Thursday or Friday anywhere! So the flowers could not be delivered until the Saturday because I had to change from a work to a home address so missed friends birthday so card and flower were late company didn't seem to care or be prepared to make any change to how their emails are sent or send any kind of compensation avoid at all costs! Very poor customer service!
