My order is "Processed" but the article is not here after over two weeks. No money was debited. Additionally, I don't receive any answers to three enquiries, two via contact formular, one via email. I now canceled my order and bought the article somewhere else.
Update: After publishing my experience, I was contacted. It was explained to me that the item was lost during shipping and I was offered compensation. The explanation seems legit to me, so I'm rating 3/5 stars now.
