Mixed bag so far from Mac4Cash - and I'm not even finished with my order...
- Initial sign up: Easy.
- Customer service for pre-quote query: Fast. I wanted to know if the inclusion of the keyboard would affect the quote and if yes, how much. The response was near instant.
- Quote system on the site: Simple and offered more money than competitors
- Mac collection: Free, and convinient by courier collection.
- Post review quote: Here is where the trouble started. My machine was downgraded from 'A' to 'B'. I don't mind this. The reason given was "burn marks on the screen". I asked for pictures of said burn marks - as I was certain the screen was flawless. I've heard nothing since, that was on the 8th April. I chased on 15th and again on 24th. But I have yet to hear anything back and these guys have my Mac.
Hoping this gets resolved. As mention I don't mind the downgrade, but just want to know exactly what marks they are talking about.
Will update this review when I hear something back.
