“are they a front for freedom Finance??”

I applied for a loan of 13k with them I have an A! credit rating never defaulted ever infact my record is squeaky clean. However they refused me a loan at their ''advertised rate of 4.5%'' (which I am sure does not exist). and referred me Freedom Finance (whom have nothing but terrible ratings). Worried that somthing could be on my credit file I double checked this to find all was OK and I am rated as a very good risk. I own my own home outright NO mortgage. I applie to nationwide and within 20 seconds of submitting my applicattion was approved. Had Freedom finance call me up saying sainsburys had referred me and offered me a loan at extortionate rates. NOT ON YOUR NELLY SAINSBURYS. You lost my finance custom and for all the aggro you may now well lose my supermarket custom as well. DO NOT TRUST THEM AND DO NOT USE THEIR REFERRED LENDER
