Leicester to London( national express)
I absolutely felt disregarded at the way I was treated by national express Driver from leister to London. I have been using the service for long time and now even more . between 2-4 times a month. I start knowing the drivers. I have seen him once and was surprise when he left old customers man and women when their was bit mistake in their ticket so he was so unhelpful at that time it was few weeks a go. And now me I have been traveling and coach has been late several times which I tought can happen and I wasn't seriece but today I missed my coach and this man was a driver I tried to explain the situation he was rude and so unhelpful . He put me in pressure I guess his name is Mark. He was not willing to tell me when I ask him his name too just heard it on telephone. If they can be late and apologise and move on why they can't be considerate for their customers too. And try to teach their drivers about customer care!
