Website failed, so I rang the helpline. Got a cheerful gentleman who guided me, as a first-time user, through "how to book". Did it all for me and even got me a cheaper price. Frankly, I might ring up again next time instead of using the internet!
I wasn't too keen on the website, possibly because it denied me access at one point, but the service on the helpline was superb.
Had no idea on how to get ticket fron station, so again, kind gentleman instructed me on procedure. Haven't travelled on trains for some 50 years but he's helped me with my new "first time" travel as an older passenger.
