Had a technical problem and phoned whuk fairly early this morning.
Fully expected to be put on hold for ever as per usual isp.
I have recently changed to them and had the pleasure of a great service in double quick time. The lady (Jess) was charming and very efficient and I was sorted in double quick time

Highly recommended
