“TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ”

I booked a trip through Expedia ...NEVER AGAIN. I called the first time and it took 40 minutes to get through to only be disconnected. Tried calling back several times to again sit on hold. As I am sitting on hold currently 1 hour 20 minutes just to find out if I can make a change to a flight !!! My husband and I purchased the travel insurance to be told by the person on the phone we can't make any changes or will be charged. I said what is the insurance for then ?? I was told to make changes without being charged. This service sucks !!! Never ever again !
