Booked a transit flight from London to Accra, due to stop at Istanbul for 3 hours, each way.
But what they do not tell you is that on the way back from Accra (Ghana), the plane stops at Abuja (Nigeria) for a "technical stop", before it takes off again, lands at Istanbul, (wait for 3 hours) before another plane takes you to London.
So this means that I was not given the opportunity to decide whether or not I would agree to a return journey that TAKES OFFF THREE TIMES AND LANDS THREE TIMES. Why on earth would I have wanted to do that? The extra stop actually diminishes the value for money of the ticket that is sold to you, that is why they do not tell you.
They only told me about this after I bought the ticket, and refused to give me any discount, or offer me another flight.
If you are going to Ghana, or anywhere at all, double check about "technical stops!"
