“Terrible experience”

In my own entire history of haircuts(in different countries and with barbers and hairstylists of all ages and experiences), no stylist or barber ever had a problem in understanding this very simple sentence.. short on the sides and medium on the top..just try not to make the face look round..And this being the most expensive salon i have been to in a few years now. thought there would not be any need to worry. but hey.. NOOOO..the lady started cutting short on the sides, then went to the hair on the top my top, made it equally short.. when asked she went back to the sides, cut again to make it look shorter and told me i' i will just reduce the volume on the top.. not cut..) but then went and did a full fledged cut on the top again(yes i cant realise how much the hair is cut until she takes her hand off my head and i can fully see in the mirror). then again went on to the sides made it shorter and behold!!! wanted to reduce the volume on the top again. i realised this would be that vicious never ending cycle, told her to stop and just wanted to get out of there..
