“5 Star Service From Bellway Homes”

As people generally only tend to write reviews when they have grievances I felt I wanted to have my say in support of a company that I have nothing but praise for!
Having looked at some of these reviews immediately prior to taking ownership of my Bellway Home I have to admit to being a little apprehensive. However I seem to have joined the ranks of the fortunate. I have received nothing but 5 star service throughout.
The sales office staff have been super-helpful, ensuring I was kept informed of progress throughout the build and working to ensure that the legal side of things remained in motion (gentle reminders to Solicitors of deadlines etc.).
During the 'demo' of my property I identified a single cosmetic snag which was dealt with straight away. On the day I received my keys I was informed of all the support which was available afterwards.
Since taking ownership there have been very few issues however any problems have been quickly rectified thanks to the very efficient site manager and his deputy.
As someone who has previously purchased a new build home I would definitely say that the quality of service and build provided by Bellway is far superior to that which I experienced three years earlier through Stamford Homes (now Linden Homes North).
Brilliant service from Bellway. I would recommend them to anybody!
