After agreeing to buy an ex demo bike through the cycle to work scheme, they agreed to hold the bike whilst I got things sorted. I was disappointed when I received an email to tell me that there had been a problem with the bike and it was no longer available however they told if it was ok with me they would upgrade me to this years model at no extra charge. A brand new bike..... Errrrm go on then. Simply the best customer service I have ever received. Well done guys.
