Nationwide seem to go out of their way to make it next to impossible to do anything, be it canceling your telephone banking for no reason or taking more than a fortnight to replace a lost card they will be there to do it. In future I will be banking with a dolphin who has a far better concept of customer service. And remember, nationwide are a building society rather than a bank, that would to be an issue if they weren't so terrible at anything banking related.
