“Consistent and competitive price”

Booked Midas Hotel, Manila via agoda booking website - en-au.

I was looking for a 4-star rating hotel close to MOA and I found the Location Map and Filter options on Midas website convenient and easy for browsing.
I am not familiar with the available hotels in the area and agoda provided hundreds of hotels through their own search engine and conveniently shown in the Map view.
I wanted a 4star-and-above hotel and the Filter option made it easier for me to decide.
I cross-examined the hotels with Trip-advisor rating and I found agoda star rating for Midas to be CONSISTENT with tripadvisor.

As I went ahead to book, the agoda rates were nearly the same if not competitive with the hotel's own booking website; agoda price was more clear, simple and inclusions/exclusions clearly labeled in the room details.
I had to call the Hotel to organise Airport transfer as instructed in the website, and the Hotel quickly recognised/validated my agoda booking in progress.
Agoda's partnership with Virgin Australia Velocity rewards program was the deciding point for me to go ahead with the booking.
I also received confirmation, and paying with credit card was a breeze with their numerous cc options.

COULD BE BETTER...
if there was 24/7 live chat support available for clarifications as this was an online booking website after all.
