“Terrible Customer Service”

Cancelled insurance after paying in full. I apparently still owe them money shocked but I paid that as well. I have insured with them for many years and never claimed. I complained and was told a reimbursment cheque is in the post/a cheque has been now sent recorded delivery/your bank account will be credited etc etc. Still no joy I get the feeling they would be utterly pointless in an accident claim and I have now gone elsewhere for my insurance.
