Limited facility to create own feel to site. Utterly inadequate financial administration - it took me literally months to get them to accept my payments, with the result that my site was up and down many times. No sense from one of the worst call centres Ive ever used. Not one part of my experience with 1&1 gives me the slightest reason to want to continue with them at the end of the contract period.
