I could not book on line so I called BookIt at 9pm to complete the booking process. I was going to use the Bill Me Later option. At the end of the booking process she told me she could see the pending charges but I would need to call Bill Me Later first thing the next morning because they were already closed and provided me with their phone number. In the meantime I was told to provide credit card information in order to keep the price from going up on the trip. My charges are still pending with Bill Me Later, my credit card has been charged, I have made 4 different phone calls to BookIt with a promise of a return call and confirmation email...nothing! Spoke with an advisor this morning and stated she would work on the the problem and send me a contact email as we were speaking......nothing! And did I mention the price is also almost $200.00 less per person approximately 30 hours later.
