“Uncompetitive renewal quotes and unauthorised aut”

The renewal quotes provided turned out to be in excess of £150 of others found by a simple Internet search. Kwikfit attempted to fraudulently take a renewal premium which was fortunately identified by my bank. The policy was not renewed but your systems think it has. At best your service is poor at worst it is fraudulent and your quotes seek to maximise your commission at my expense.
