“Truly awful”

This company are useless..truly terrible. I ordered from Dunhelm ..God knows why such a
reputable company deal with this lot.
My very first order and yes this bunch proudly
sent me an e-mail proidly anouncing that my parcel had been delivered. Impossible as i was at work.
Phoned Yodel a computerised voice that keeps asking for your 20+ digit reference and then simply cannot "read" what you are saying. 10 attempts later and you get disconnected. INFURIATING!!!! Eventually Dunhelm found out that the goods had been delivered to the wrong address and now Yodel were struggling to tetrieve them!!! Please do yourself a favour and ask any suppliers who they send goods by if the answer is Yodel give them a very wide berth unless you like being upset infuriated and practically giving yourself heart failure trying to sort out Yodels mess.
