“Waste of time & money.”

Signed up by a friendly & persuasive salesman. Campaign was not set up as per promised time scale. Regular updates did not happen until I requested. Information did not make sense & when questioned I was patronised. Not sure that I gained any business from this. Tried to cancel but despite everything being done electronically, I had to write a letter & post it in order to get out of the contract, by which time more money was charged to my debit card on the day I tried to cancel, by coincidence. My letter appeared to have not arrived so I had to post it again. A copy via email was not acceptable. Do not deal with this company. Money for old rope.
