“Rubbish service”

What an absolute shambles of a business. Tell me if I'm wrong but when you order flowers for someone it's usually a special occassion!!!!
Well I ordered flowers on 11/04/2014 for my friends 40th birthday on 16/04/2014. I requested them to be delivered obviously on her birthday. I received an e-mail to confirm that my order was being processed and would be delivered on my requested date 16/04/2014.
Patiently wait ll day at work for them to be delivered. Didn't turn up so I rang Flying flowers and they decide to tell me they will probably turn up tomorrow. What don't they understand about special Occassions and who do they think they are thinking that tomorrow will do. We'll it won't do for me and I intend to let as many people as possible know to stay well clear of this joke of a company.
Flying flowers more like Flying idiots!!!!!!°
