“Website hopeless”

I use alot of train providers and generally like travelling by train. Even FCC Peterborough to London is useful and reasonably priced. However the website is absolutely hopeless compared with other train providers. The screen is messy, all processes are slow and sometimes even time-out, and then because it seems as if it is not working at all and you start all over again, you end up with a number of journeys in basket which have to be deleted!!!! A reasonably bright 7 yeard old should be asked to improve this site.
Thanks, though I don't expect anything will change as it has been so bad for so long.
