have had problems with windows since fitted dec 2010. Latest is that we were given an appointment for 17th April in February for a large window to be removed and made watertight and windproof after numerous other attempts had been made, not asking for the earth am I ! .checked with Everest this morning 15th April that they were still coming, assured that 2 fitters with a scaffold tower would be here. 10 minutes later a call from Everest which my wife answered said they would be unable to keep their appointment, what about the last call to Everest she said, the person from Everest knew nothing about my call. I rang customer relations must admit I was not happy, and the lady quite agreed with me, but she would have to get a supervisor to call me back, this all happened before lunch. At 15:45 no call received from Everest so I rang them spoke same lady who was disappointed no one had rung me , put me through to her supervisor who admitted he should have called me but had no time yet, and would have to call me back tomorrow with a new appointment, bloody hell they make me sick !! what a way to run a company, all I've wanted is windows that do not let in wind and rain Does anyone know the email or postal address of the CEO of Everest, i will go and knock on his door and see how he likes it.
