“Best customer service”

I ordered some lamps to match the cushions but they weren't suitable as the cables were too short to reach the sockets.
I didn't want an extension cable to plug them into as it would have looked unsightly.
I contacted Customer Service at Terry's Fabrics explaining the problem and they very quickly dealt with it and refunded my money within 24hrs.
I have ordered lots of items from this Company in the past and have been very pleased with their service, I'm even more impressed with their Customer service which was excellent .
