“Poor customer service”

Never again, crabby and unhappy flight crew created a most unwelcoming atmosphere, rudeness and disrespet was on the menu, when a fellow passenger traveling alone become ill, she was ignored no empathy, compassion or assistance, a sad reflection of how profit driven industry fails a customer service model.
