If only the staff knew how to smile it would make the trip to CEX a little more worthwhile! They prices are much steeper than I expected, especially as we were purchasing a large number of laptops and not one person working would either smile or have sufficient knowledge to be able to help us.
I had heard decent things, but was very disappointed.
