“POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT”

I had previously ordered a pair of blue jeans and the fit was exactly as ordered so I decided to order a pair of their grey stretch jeans with the same measurements and much to my surprise these didn't fit at all. They were way too tight as I could hardly get them on, as it turns out the thigh measurement was only 24 inches when they should have been 27 and the length which should have been 40 inches were 39 inches. Needless to say I wasn't a happy camper. After many e-mails to the phantom Pearl, I was basically told that there was absolutely no way that they could have made any mistakes, I even asked for a return address to send them back so that the could inspect this product and they told me that it would be a waste of time. They told me to wear the jeans and that over time the would eventually stretch to the size that I had ordered, I expect that when I order custom made jeans that the measurements are accurate and in this case they weren't, they did offer me a 20% discount on my next order which certainly won't happen. This company has a pretty slick web-site so you feel confident in placing an order, having further investigation they are located in Mumbai India and happen to be a division of Harry Fashion, google their web-site and you will see how Mickey Mouse they are. I have reviewed many other independent review web-sites concerning this company and these problems are a common occurrence. BUYER BEWARE.
