“APPAULING”

I have recently applied to rent a house through Reeds Rains in Middlewich. Before giving any money they were very helpful happy and keeping me updated, even ringing me informing me that they had more interest in the property recommending that I pay my £240 NON REFUNDABLE application fee. So that no one else could view the property and that they could secure it for me, getting the process moving. After paying this and giving in my application I then had a budget plan meeting were I was made to feel that due to me being under 25 and renting my first property alone that they didn't think I am sensible enough to pay my rent. After this i was told the application would take 48hours at the most depending hoe long it took for my employer to send references. After this I had no contact for 5 days when ringing Reeds Rains I was put through to the support centre who say they will get someone to ring you which they never do I have to keep going into the branch myself. They had also known for days that my application had been accepted not bothered to ring and hid my file away in a draw. No my move in date had been changed !!! I will never ever rent a property through this estate agent again.
