“Delivery and returns service”

I ordered curtain poles and extra rings on a Friday, they were delivered to my home on the Monday. Excellent service.
I had ordered the wrong sized rings and had to return them. Used the Collect+ service. Very easy to use, goods arrived back at Terrys within three days, and funds returned to my credit card two days later. More excellent service.
Ordered the correct rings and they arrived two days later. Brilliant.
I cannot fault Terrys. Their speed of service and the effectiveness of their returns system was outstanding. A very good firm to deal with and well worth recommending.
