absolutely dreadful service, we were booked into a hotel which was dirty and smelt, we ran of towels and clean sheets on the first week, we had the same thing for breakfast lunch and dinner every single day,the entainment was non exsistant,when a complaint was put in it was passed on to low cost bed we were told it was not qwerty travel responsibility as they were only agents. as i booked through qwerty gave them my money it should be their responsilbilty. dont use them. very disgruntled customer
