We had a new kitchen designed and fitted by Optiplan at the end 2013. From the initial contact through to the completion of the works we were more than satisfied with the service provided by Optiplan and the quality of the products. There were issues, for example a broken sink and other minor snags, along the way. However, Optiplan were able to resolve all of these issues to our satisfaction. In parallel to the kitchen re-fit, we had a kitchen extension completed by another company. Our Optiplan fitter was marvellous in working around the delays caused by the other company
