“Check whats insured”

Sold a chair and charged £20 for delivery after being told by a woman on the phone from parcel force we dont go by measurements its all done on weight, we wrapped and better wrapped this chair and then took it to our local depot to be weighed, booked to send it online via the online quick quote and its now gone up to £37, we still went ahead and sent two of these chairs aftef dropping to local depot where we were told they would go on a pallet, great thats a relief but then get a message to say a leg has been broken, got in touch with this company for a refund to be told we dont insure furniture, not even flat packed, I feel very let down and would warn others, for peace of mind and to ensure your item is insured take a few minutes and check on their website as they dont seem to insure much at all, they took my money for a service which they couldnt get right.
