“Worst customer service ever ”

I purchased $200 worth of clothes from boohoo, and $50 worth in a separate transaction on the same day only a few minutes apart. My $50 package came on 8/4 . I was concerned that my $200 package had not arrived with my $50 one considering the closeness in time when I ordered them so I jumped on Facebook and sent a message asking why I had only received one of my packages. I was told that my $200 package was delivered on 4/4. Was home all day on the 4th... didn't get a knock at the door, checked the letter box multiple times because the 4th was the expected day of delivery and never received the parcel. When I claimed this, the person told me to check with my neighbours. There's only 2 houses on my street and my neighbours did not have it. So apparently they've passed on my claim to their customer service department and I'm STILL WAITING for the so called email that I'm supposed to be receiving. I am so disgusted with the way I've been treated, especially after being a rather loyal customer to boohoo, having bought many items in the past with no problems except shipping time inaccuracies. After this episode I am questioning whether I will shop with them again, I'm left $200 out of pocket with no response and have been left insulted by lack of sincerity and customer service. Very unhappy!
