For start to finish the whole process was top notch.
Emailed the claims department and was contacted very soon after. Asked to produce proof of purchase and from there dealt with a claim handler and then agreed to a repair my phone.
I liked I could take it to the apple store for the repair and then supercover would reimburse me, minus my excess, as I knew it would be apple approved repair or replacement.
After visiting the apple store with a brand new replacement I emailed over my receipt at 2.15pm that day and to my surprise I recieved my cheque the following day.
Top top service all round.
