“Easy to manage”

I was very happy with the overall ease of booking and the prompt e-mail acknowledgment. I had a question for one of the hosts I booked with, which I was able to ask on the booking page, and also got a prompt response to that.

If there was one thing I'd change about the website (the only reason I didn't rate it with 5 stars) it's that I couldn't keep my preferred settings - e.g. lowest price first - when getting different listings for different areas. I had to select the sort options with every new search.

That was just a minor annoyance; I liked a lot of the helpful features on the maps, such as nearest rail stations: essential info. for me, as I mostly travel by train.
