“Billed Twice”

The hotel accommodations were great but my bank account as debited twice for the full hotel cost and it took BookIt.com almost two weeks to get this straightened out eventhough they acknowledge the error on the first day that I called. This was unacceptable customer service. I do not recommend this service.
