“Worst Hotel in Somerset West”

Stayed for the night on 29 March 2014. Under reservation Gavin Botha.
We had several problems with the hotel and its staff.
Upon arrival our room was not ready
We had a poor lunch with poor service and a very oily overcooked pasta
We arranged a shuttle service from the hotel to a wine estate where we attended a wedding
Shuttle were to fetch us from venue at 23:30
The wedding was delayed and when we wanted to extend the time for shuttle pick up we were told its not possible. After giving apologies to the bride we waited outside until 00:20 for the shuttle to arrive.
Upon entering the room a giant spider (which I had ask to remove before we left) was still gazing from the curtain window.
As we tried to sleep we noted no matter if the air-con is switch on or off it gives a squeeking compressing sound every 30min on the dot.
After little sleep making coffee the cups which were greasy and coffee unappetising.
At checkout my concerns for our visit was expressed to the recipsionist which took my email.
I am still waiting for response form the hotel.
STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! SO MANY BETTER PLACES TO STAY IN THE AREA....!!
