“Customer Service NIL”

I have had a debit placed over my card that i had not authorsied. I spotted it within two days and reported it. I was told they would deal with within 7-10 days, well 17 days later I get are you still wanting us to look into this....thats it.

I am still expected to pay the bill in full and if they find I did not authorise then they will refund me.

I will not get into the way they ring you and then ask you to give them answers to your security questions, talk about backward. You cant ring someone and then ask them to give the answers to security questions you would give if you rang them.

When i complained I was told he was only trying to do his job...what get the customers back up...if that was it, congratulations they succeeded.
