“Outstanding customer service”

We chose green and benz (the sheffield branch) to choose our engagement ring as they had been recommended to us by a friend. From the first time we contacted green and benz, we were met with excellent and very professional customer service. We made an appointment where we were able to have a private viewing lounge where we were not rushed and allowed to browse at a variety of different engagement ring styles. I was unsure of the style I wanted, and the staff were very attentive in showing me different options. They were also very knowledgeable about the different designers and the rings themselves. The staff made us feel very special and we had tea and coffee while choosing and champagne when we finally chose the one we wanted. They were excellent at communicating with us about ordering the ring in terms of delivery to the store. When my fiancé collected the ring, they had also bought us some congratulatory flowers. These amazingly kind touches are what makes green and benz so special and why we will certainly be visiting again to choose our wedding rings and other jewellery as well.
