The flowers were old, half the size of the marketing photos and the main flower stocks there were none of them in the bouquet ! They were sent to the invoicing address, hence why I got to see them, so my lovely mum didn't receive anything for Mothers Day!!! I suppose it was fate so I got to see what this company thinks a £38 bouquet should look like and that they will ommit a primary flower from the arrrangement. Two days later I am being asked to do this review and they haven't even responded to 5 telephone messages and emails yet about this issue, therefore I can safely say that their customer service is rather poor too!
