“Shocking customer service”

The one thing I despise in business almost more than anything else, are those companies who claim, in their 'about us' fantasy, to be great at customer service but are clearly the opposite. Heart Internet is an absolute shining example.

We care ! You don't care...if you did you'd actually speak to customers who have a serious issue.
We listen! You don't listen.....you don't even answer the phone.....and don't say you listen online....all you do is respond to support tickets with robotic unhelpful trash.
We are different....that is true....different to good companies that answer the phone, listen to customers and take issues seriously.
We think outside the box ! Would that be outside of the box marked 'GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE'.
We are one step ahead! One step ahead of who - Basil Fawlty ?

I could go into real detail about the poor experience but I'm too busy. Needless to say I'd suggest to others that they look elsewhere.
