“RUBBISH QUALITY,WORTHLESS GUARENTEE GO ELSEWHERE”

Absolute rubbish,material faulty ie creases and noticeable fabric backing being seen through facing material,already replaced sofa in September and have same fault with creasing on inner arms on new sofa ,photos sent to after sales and sofa collected to be returned to company,guaranteed for 2 years (not)as the managering director explanation of the faults via his aftersales was that these faults have occurred due to being in situ ie we presume sat on i thought thats what sofas were for so these faults apparantley have not occurred due to a manufacting fault,going to return my sofa to me free of charge,well sofasofa my sofa is 6months old it states 2 years manufacturers guarantee on your site,PLEASE USE OTHER STORES ON THE HIGH STREET THE OLD SAYING YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR GOES A LONG WAY,taking this further we will not be fobbed off.
